Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) / Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Homeside Rehab - Syracuse, NY 13203 & Phoenix, NY 13135 Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our growing home care team serving Syracuse, NY 13203 and Phoenix, NY 13135 . Responsibilities Provide skilled therapy services according to the established plan of care Implement treatment interventions under the direction of a supervising PT or OT Help patients improve strength, mobility, functional abilities, and independence Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, supervising therapists, and office staff Follow all clinical, documentation, and compliance requirements Qualifications Active New York State PTA or OTA license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a home care setting Basic computer skills for electronic documentation Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Sign-on bonus Flexible scheduling Part-time and per diem opportunities Referral bonus Therapist of the Month bonus Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunity to grow your caseload based on your availability Apply today to join Homeside Rehab!
