Position Type:

School Year (2026-2027) with Potential for Summer Hours Kids Choice Pediatric Rehab & Therapy Center is seeking an energetic, passionate, and patient-focused Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our growing team! About the Role As a COTA/L at Kids Choice, you'll work closely under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered, evidence-based therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is a school-year renewing position offering meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Follow treatment plans and goals developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy techniques. Adapt and tailor activities based on individual client needs. Monitor and report client progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Communicate effectively with the supervising OT, Clinical Director, and Practice Manager. Maintain timely, clear, and concise documentation. Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications Licensure:

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Ohio.

Experience:

Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Technology:

Basic computer proficiency required.

Clearances:

Must pass a criminal background check and obtain child abuse clearances with no record.
