Job Description
We are a home health agency located in Cridersville, OH. We are looking for a, or multiple, Occupational Therapist Assistant(s) to help cover our ever growing patient base. The COTA will be responsible for providing therapy services to our clients by following the OT's individualized plan of care.
Qualifications:
- Valid COTA license in the State of Ohio
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation is a must
