This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated clinician looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Comfort, Support and Skilled Nursing Care in Middleburg Heights. Royal Oak, located near I-71 and I-480 in Middleburg Heights, offers a welcoming, home-like environment for residents in need of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Our 90-bed facility provides a combination of private rehabilitation suites and semi-private long-term care suites, designed to promote comfort and personalized care.

Our compassionate team of skilled nurses and caregivers is dedicated to fostering independence, confidence and safety for each resident. Whether you're here for short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone feels at home.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers Monitor patient response to treatment intervention Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition. Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results. Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients. Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility. Advising patients on exercise techniques. Advising patients and their families about in-home treatment options. Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics and ways to promote physical health. Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Documenting patient care history. Complying with rules, regulations, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assitant program. Current OTA license in the state of employment. CPR certification required. Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred. Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles, restorative care, and geriatric populations. Knowledge of Medicare Part A, Part B, and managed care preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Apply Today All inquiries will be held confidential
