Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Home Health Direct Hire Position -
East Side of Cincinnati, OH Pay:
$45 per patient visit +
Mileage Reimbursement Schedule:
Full-Time (25+ visits per week)

Comprehensive Benefits Package Are you a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking for a rewarding career with flexibility and independence We are seeking a licensed COTA to join a growing Home Health team serving patients throughout the east side of Cincinnati. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their quality of life while working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients' homes following the plan of care established by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Help patients improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home safety techniques. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Maintain accurate, timely documentation. Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care. What We're Looking For Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Home health experience preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills. A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
