Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! We're looking for an energetic, compassionate COTA who enjoys working with the skilled nursing and long-term care population and wants to be part of a collaborative rehab team. As part of our rehab team, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your residents, celebrate their progress, and help them regain the skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible. What You'll Be Doing Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Help residents improve independence with daily activities, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills Collaborate with OTs and the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals Accurately document treatments and resident progress Utilize Net Health for therapy documentation Bring positive energy, creativity, and encouragement to the rehab gym Celebrate the wins — both the big ones and the small ones! What We're Looking For Current Ohio COTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach SNF/LTC experience is a plus Comfortable working with Net Health is preferred Come Grow With Us!
