Critical Access Hospital (acute care environment) Travel assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and provide therapeutic interventions upon physician referral to reduce pain and improve, restore, or maintain physical function. Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries using exercise, manual therapy, heat, cold, electrical modalities, and other appropriate techniques. Educate patients and families about goals, home programs, and safety, coordinating with the broader health care team to align rehabilitation goals. Reassess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as indicated, and document outcomes and progress in medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and ensure continuity of rehabilitation services.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor of Science or master's degree in physical therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association-accredited program.

Licensure:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health.

Certifications:

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Desired, but not necessary if requirements are met. License/Certification prerequisites interpreted from
