Full-time, Part-time, PRN Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality care that helps patients improve functional abilities, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient goals Help patients improve daily living and functional skills Monitor and document patient progress accurately Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Current OTA license/certification (required) Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with individuals with disabilities Commitment to patient-centered care Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($35-$43 DOE) Flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN) Student Loan Reimbursement Program (great for new grads) Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Work Location In person - Molalla, OR Relocation or reliable commute preferred
