Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.

Coursework/Training:

May require specialized OTA training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License Upon hire: National Provider BLS
