Required Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.Coursework/Training:
May require specialized OTA training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License Upon hire: National Provider BLS- American Heart Association Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position (PL 612 and 580 only).
