Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, student-focused Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Oregon for the 2026-2027 fall semester.
Responsibilities:
Assist supervising Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy interventions outlined in student IEPs Provide direct support to students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Adapt classroom activities and learning materials to meet individual student needs Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the Occupational Therapist for planning Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as required Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district guidelines
Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Successful completion of the NBCOT exam and current COTA certification Active state licensure or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes Experience working with children in educational settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Come join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
