Credentialed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience supporting students in a school environment preferred Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills with students, educators, and families Ability to implement individualized and group therapy plans as directed by an occupational therapistKey Responsibilities:
Conduct activities and exercises under the guidance of an occupational therapist to promote students' motor, sensory, and adaptive skills Support development and progress toward IEP goals Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session outcomes Adapt therapy activities for individuals or groups based on varying functional levels Communicate regularly with therapy and educational staff to monitor student needs and successes Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture This contract position offers a chance to grow professionally while making meaningful contributions each day.
