Join Our Team at Clarion Nursing and Rehab! At Calrion Nursing and Rehab, we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We are seeking dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outstanding and growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the OT in assessing residents' functional capabilities, needs, and goals. Conduct activities to enhance fine motor skills, balance, cognition, and activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, and grooming. Accurately document resident progress, therapeutic activities, and responses to treatments in compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines. Educate residents and their families on therapeutic activities and strategies to help maintain or improve function outside of therapy sessions. Ensure all treatment activities follow SNF safety protocols and adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

Career Growth Requirements:
CPR certification (preferred). Active certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in PA Must hold a valid state license to practice as a COTA. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is preferred. Strong communication, patient care, time management, and collaboration skills.
