This full-time, contract opportunity offers a consistent 35-hour workweek (spread over five days), working in schools located near Easton, PA and surrounding areas. Your focus will be on helping students reach their maximum potential through hands-on therapy, collaboration with educational teams, and consistent progress monitoring. Requirements:
Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania Previous experience in a school environment is preferred Proficiency in providing occupational therapy services in healthcare, home health, and/or educational settings Ability to effectively manage and support K-12 student caseloads Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat You'll Do:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to facilitate student success in academic and functional skills Assist in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation processes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development Adapt therapeutic activities to meet the diverse needs of students in both individual and group settingsBenefits:
