Job Description
Concordia has an exciting opportunity for licensed therapy assistants to join our Rehabilitative team at one of our newest locations: Concordia at SpiriTrust - Gettysburg. If you are a dedicated and compassionate PTA or COTA , we would love to welcome you to our team as a PRN therapist! •Concordia only hires the best of the best & pays for experience!!•PTAs and COTAs deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities - supporting our residents' and short-term rehab patients' recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities of PTAs and COTAs:
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team and provide family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life Submit timely and accurate documentation.Qualifications of PTAs and COTAs:
Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania. New graduates are welcome & encouraged to apply. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is a plus! Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
