Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist with resident screenings and treatment planning Deliver individualized, goal-oriented care to improve function and independence Document services and communicate resident progress with the therapy team Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred Why Join Us?
