  • Concordia at Arbutus Park is looking for experienced and compassionate COTA, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide high quality care to their residents.
As a COTA, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant , you will have the ability to provide high quality care for residence here at Concordia.
Some of those responsibilities include:
Assists the OTR/L with overseeing all aspects of the resident's plan of care with respect to OT treatment Contributes to the development and modification of individualized, goal-directed treatment plans in conjunction with the OTR/L Conducts safe and effective resident treatment sessions using the prescribed treatment plan, including resident/family educational programs. Reports resident responses to treatment, changes in care plan needs, and progress toward goals to the OTR/L Contributes to the occupational therapy resident evaluation process by completing structured evaluations as directed by the OTR/L Contributes to the supervision of occupational therapy students, aides, or volunteers as directed by the OTR/L Documents results of assessment, treatment, follow-up, discharge, and billing notes in an accurate, timely manner in accordance with Standards of Practice, state and federal regulations, and policies/procedures
