Located in Ligonier, PA, Concordia at Bethlen is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents as prescribed by the attending physician under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed (OTR/L). Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): Assisting with the resident's plan of care with respect to OT treatment. Contributing to developing, and modifying, individualized resident treatment plans. Conducting resident treatment sessions and reporting reponses. Contributing to comprehensive resident evaluations. Contributing to supervision of occupational therapy students, aides, or volunteers. Completing timely documentation. Committing to and maintaining high ethical standards and complies with the Code of Conduct.
