VNA Alliance is a faith based, non-profit organization based in Meadville, Pennsylvania. VNA Alliance serves Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Erie, Forest, Warren, Butler, and Lawrence counties. We offer skilled nursing, palliative care, and comprehensive therapy services. VNA Alliance is hiring full or part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team to cover our Crawford or Venango County service areas. QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant curriculum approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Certified as an occupational therapy assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Two [2] years' experience as a certified occupational therapy assistant in a physical disabilities setting is recommended. Home health care experience is recommended. Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and drive a car with insurance limits as established in personnel policies.
