Occupational Therapist Assistant Monroeville, Pennsylvania Type Full Time Looking for a role where your clinical skills actually change lives? Position Summary Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Monroeville) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to play a key role on our rehab team. The COTA/L will treat residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities. Key Responsibilities Treat residents and assist in developing personalized treatment plans Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input Educate residents and families on techniques that support long-term success Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment Qualifications Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility) Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required What We Offer Same day pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the Kadima organization Comprehensive benefits package (for eligible employees) Why Kadima?
