Full job description Occupational Therapist OTR or Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA to cover Maternity Leave Kadima at Monroeville is looking for an energetic and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team!! We are a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. Working alongside OT, ST and other Healthcare Professionals to make a difference in our residents' lives. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in developing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement therapy sessions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Document patient progress and communicate with other IDT members Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and eating Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function Assist with the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Education and Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania state license Associate's degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant Program or minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an Occupational Therapist Program.
