Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Myerstown, PA Shifts PRN position Up to 20 hours per week available Open to candidates seeking consistent PRN schedules A skilled nursing facility located in Myerstown, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping others regain their independence and thrive in a supportive, team-centered environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve their function, mobility, and quality of life Monitor resident progress and provide feedback to the therapy and nursing teams Help train and educate residents and caregivers on safe, effective strategies for daily living Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
What You'll Need:
Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus, but not required A positive, compassionate approach to care
