Qualifications & Experience:
Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Pennsylvania Experience providing therapy services in schools or pediatric settings preferred Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration abilities Flexible, solution-oriented, and adaptable to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy interventions to students, supporting motor skills, daily living activities, and sensory integration Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) alongside team members Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and parents to create effective learning environments Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events
