Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center•Aiken, SC Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. $32•36 per hourWhat You'll Do:
Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance residents' functional abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life Observe and document resident progress, reporting changes and outcomes to the Occupational Therapist and nursing team Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers on safe and effective techniques to support daily living activities Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity and coordination of care across all disciplinesWhat You'll Need:
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of South Carolina Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered careWhat We Offer:
