If you're passionate about helping children grow through play, building meaningful relationships with families, and providing therapy in a child's natural environment, we'd love to hear from you. Position Overview As a Pediatric COTA with Little Heroes Therapy, you'll work with a supervising Occupational Therapist to implement an individualized treatment plan to help children develop the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life. We're Looking for Someone Who... Loves working with children and believes learning happens best through play. Enjoys building genuine relationships with families. Is compassionate, patient, creative, and adaptable. Feels comfortable working independently while staying connected with a supportive team. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising OT. Deliver therapy services in children's homes and other natural environments. Collaborate with families to incorporate therapeutic strategies into daily routines. Document treatment sessions accurately and complete required paperwork in a timely manner. Communicate regularly with supervising therapists and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain a flexible schedule while traveling within the assigned service area. Qualifications Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of South Carolina. Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
