REQUIREMENTS

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled Experience:

1 year

Licenses:

OTA-SC Certifications:

BLS(Copy Needed)

SSN Required DOB Required References:

1 Reference in entire work history License and SNF experience are required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Travel experience is preferred
