$55,000-$62,000 Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Holiday Pay 401K with company match Materials allowance CEU reimbursement SC LLR reimbursement Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. Provide direct patient care by helping individuals develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals and document patient progress. Conduct therapeutic activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other SLP's, PT's, and ABA therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and home exercises. Experience Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program is required. Experience in various settings such as skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, home health, acute care, or inpatient environments is preferred. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and medical terminology is advantageous. Previous experience working with pediatric and geriatric populations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and empathy are essential.
