Occupational Therapist/Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (Pediatric) - Greenville & Spartanburg, SC Join a Team That Invests in Children, Families, and Therapists Looking for a collaborative, supportive workplace where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact? ATS Kids is expanding, and we're looking for dedicated OT/COTAs to join our experienced multidisciplinary team serving children and families throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. For more than 20 years , ATS Kids has been a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services. We believe in treating the whole child by partnering with families and providing evidence-based, relationship-focused care across clinic, home, school, community, and outdoor settings. Our clinicians have experienced training including: DIR® Floortime Sensory Integration Interactive Metronome Contigo Model (Outdoor Therapy) Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) SOS Approach to Feeding Aquatic Therapy Parent Coaching & Education Responsibilities (OT) Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Document treatment plans and progress in a timely manner. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture through mentorship and professional reflection. Qualifications Required Current Occupational Therapist/ Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Carolina.
