Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) $50 - $65 per hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Are you a passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant looking for more flexibility and meaningful impact? You'll enjoy the autonomy of delivering care in children's natural home environments while receiving strong clinical support and mentorship from our experienced team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide collaborative care with families and other therapists Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation Culture & Community We work hard for our children and their families, but we also make time to enjoy each other. Our team gathers monthly for fun activities like boat and sail cruises, candle making, wine tastings, breweries, Topgolf, pickleball, and more.Work Location:
