Qualifications:

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in South Carolina Previous experience working in schools or pediatrics strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Adaptability to support students across multiple school locations

Responsibilities:

Partner directly with one of the district's Occupational Therapists, providing therapy at assigned elementary schools Deliver direct treatment sessions to 9-10 students per day, typically in 30-minute increments Implement IEP goals and therapy plans, maintaining accurate documentation for each session Communicate effectively with school staff and families, contributing to the students' progress and well-being Travel between multiple school sites as assigned during the contract period This unique placement allows you to expand your school-based experience while working with a supportive OT team.
