Job Description

PRN Occupational Therapist Registered :

Responsible for performing evaluations and developing / implementing treatment plans for assigned patients, including all related written and verbal communication. Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and competency. Assists in maintaining the efficient operation of the hospital and providing a safe environment. Contributes to the achievement of the mission and values of Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation.

PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant:

Responsible for gathering objective data through administration of standardized tests and implementing treatment plans for assigned patients as directed by the primary OTR/L, including all related written and verbal communication. Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and competency. Assists in maintaining the efficient operation of the hospital and providing a safe environment. Contributes to the achievement of the mission and values of Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation. The OTR and COTA is required to participate in weekend rotation New Graduates are accepted
