Job Summary:

We are looking for a Part-Time or PRN status Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and provide support services across our hospital, outpatient clinic, and nursing home . The COTA will assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans designed to help patients regain function and independence.

Responsibilities:

Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of an OT Provide care to patients across hospital, outpatient, and long-term care settings Monitor patient progress and report observations to the OT Document therapy sessions according to policy and regulatory standards Work collaboratively with nursing, rehab, and medical teams

Requirements:

Qualifications:
