COTA/OTA

license Home health experience required CPR certification required Experience with Kinnser/WellSky preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in the field Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist Implement treatment plans established by the OT Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT Complete timely and accurate documentation in
