Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Occupational Therapist and a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care. Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients. Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes. Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.Requirements:
