We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, self-care, successful return to home, and many more. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas.
