Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, duties include but are not limited to, therapy sessions and treatment implementation, daily documentation of therapy sessions, correct CPT coding for sessions, parent education, and coordination of care with other therapy disciplines (as applicable). The ideal candidate can provide compassionate care to every patient and has excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities Participate in Staff Meetings Maintain CEUs and licensure. Complete max plans of care each month or each week (e.g., 2x a week) Reschedule canceled or missed therapy visits, and plan ahead for holidays or future cancellations.
Qualifications Bilingual:
Spanish and English (preferred/not required) Active state license for practicing occupational therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong charting and documentation skills New grads welcome Benefits/Perks
