You must be a licensed Therapist. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who is passionate about providing quality patient care and making a difference in the lives of others. ✨
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning
- Supervise assistants and aides
- Participate in case management
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state regulations and Synergy Care guidelines
