Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time Established Caseload Available Immediately Ready Set Grow Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. We provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy services in children's natural environments, including homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and ABA centers throughout the DFW area. We intentionally build geographically efficient caseloads to minimize drive time whenever possible, allowing our therapists to spend more time providing quality care and less time on the road. Caseload assignments are based on therapist availability, service area, and the needs of the families we serve.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$32.00-$45.00 per 45-minute treatment visit (based on experience) Full-time established caseload available immediately Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your daily schedule Paid documentation time Paid administrative time Mileage reimbursement Therapy materials stipend Paid Time Off Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supportive, therapist-owned team culture Ongoing mentorship and collaboration with supervising OTRs Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR) Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in children's natural environments, including homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and ABA centers Address fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-regulation, activities of daily living (ADLs), executive functioning, and play skills Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover outside of therapy sessions Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Coordinate scheduling to ensure consistency of care Collaborate with supervising OTRs and other members of each child's care team Qualifications Associate's degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pediatric experience preferred (home health, early intervention, school-based, or outpatient) Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory processing Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the supervising OTR and interdisciplinary team Work Setting Full-Time Mobile pediatric practice Homes Daycares and preschools Schools ABA centers License/Certification Occupational Therapy Assistant License in Texas (Required)
