Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings under OT supervision. In this travel or contract role, you'll implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OTFollow and document individualized treatment plans to improve function and ADLs Accurately chart patient progress using facility EMR systems Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and adaptive strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Adapt treatment approaches across diverse settings such as acute, SNF, and outpatient Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards Communicate regularly with Jackson Therapy Partners recruiters about assignments and preferences Participate in orientation and ongoing training to support clinical competency Uphold clinician-first, integrity-driven culture in all patient and team interactions Required Skills Therapeutic activities and ADL training Documentation and EMR proficiency Treatment planning under OT supervision Neuromuscular re-education techniques Orthopedic and post-surgical rehab Pediatric and/or adult rehab skills Patient and family education Safety and transfer training Interdisciplinary team collaboration Time management and caseload prioritization
