$38.86 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Execute treatment plans including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use. Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists, adjusting treatments as needed. Document all clinical interventions and patient outcomes in electronic records per regulatory requirements. Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers to support optimal recovery. Participate in patient care conferences, reviews, and training sessions. Support and supervise students under the guidance of licensed therapists as required.
