JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to carry out patient treatment plan as directed by supervising occupational therapist. Flexibility and independent decision making skills are important.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides patient care and treatments as directed in OT evaluation.

Must be comfortable treating various patient populations and working in various settings.

Must continuously improve OT knowledge and skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy Assistant.

One (1) year progressively responsible experience performing occupational therapy assistant functions preferred.

TX State Occupational Therapy Assistant License required.

Current CPR certification required.

Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or license(s).
