Mesquite, TX Job Details PRN $36 - $40 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Skilled nursing facility experience Occupational Therapy Assistant License Post-acute care experience Full Job Description Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants at Cheyenne Medical Lodge carry out targeted therapy plans to help residents regain self-care skills and physical independence. Working directly under licensed OTs, you will lead residents through daily functional tasks and therapeutic exercises in our rehab gym. This role centers on practical skill retraining and tracking resident progress during their recovery. Responsibilities Execute occupational therapy treatment plans developed by supervising Occupational Therapists. Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility drills, and adaptive equipment training. Document daily treatment notes and measurable functional progress in the electronic health record system. Maintain clean therapy work areas and prepare treatment tools before each resident session. Communicate functional changes and physical updates directly to floor nurses and therapy colleagues.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
Starting at $36-$40/hr based on experience

CPR / BLS
