We welcome experienced clinicians, new graduates, and recent graduates who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services for pediatric and/or adult patients. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (OTs). Implement treatment plans and collaborate with the therapy team (OTs/COTAs). Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system. Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. Qualifications Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license or Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Degree in Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required . New graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day . Why Join Reavis Rehab?
