Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Farmington, UT 84025 | 2026-2027 School Year Join a collaborative school district in Farmington, UT as a full-time, onsite Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) ! In this role, you'll support district Occupational Therapists by providing services for overflow caseloads across multiple school sites while helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom.

Role:
Support district OTs with overflow caseloads Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists. Implement treatment plans and document student progress. Collaborate with OTs, teachers, administrators, and families to support student success. Assist with therapeutic activities that promote students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines. Qualifications Active Utah Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Previous school-based experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to travel between multiple school sites within the district.
