The Role:

What You'll Do As a vital member of our OT team, you'll work directly with children (birth to 21) to carry out treatment plans that change lives.

Deliver Play-Based Intervention:

Provide high-quality treatment following established plans of care, using dynamic play and authentic engagement.

Educate & Empower:

Coach and train families, giving them the tools and confidence to support their "hero" at home.

Collaborate Across Disciplines:

Work alongside OTs, PTs, and Speech Therapists to ensure a comprehensive, whole-child approach to care.

Lead & Support:

Accept client assignments, assist with student and therapy aide supervision, and help orient new team members.

Maintain High Standards:

Complete clear written chart notes, progress reports, and care updates while maintaining therapy spaces that facilitate top-tier care. What You Bring to the

Team Licensure:

Current NBCOT certification and an active Utah DOPL license.

Knowledge:

Well-versed in the Occupational Therapy process.

Bonus Experience:

Pediatric experience or familiarity with DIR Floortime / Play-based therapy is a major plus!

Mindset:

A strong work ethic, powerful teamwork mindset, and a goal-oriented, results-driven approach.

Skills:

Stellar interpersonal communication, excellent time management, and outstanding organization.

Physical Requirements:
