We're looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within the Occupational Therapy scope of practice Optimize the functionality and skills of patients Completes all necessary documentation via Net Health Collaborate with supervising OT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling COTA/OT co-signature and supervision requirements Attend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc. Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines Follow facility infection control policies and procedures Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor Qualifications Current or eligible Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice What We Offer Competitive compensation Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match Paid onboarding and orientation Yearly CEU allowance and licensure reimbursement Clinical mentorship , preceptorship program, and career development Employee referral bonus program Quick pay options Diversity & Inclusion TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
