Job Description

Overview We are seeking to hire a pediatric certified occupational therapist assistant (COTA) to join our team! If you are eager to work with kids and families and passionate about your impact as an COTA, we encourage you to apply! We are a fast growing, mobile, play based, neuro-affirming occupational therapy company. We are very therapist focused, investing in tools to make it more seamless to provide families with better care (cutting edge EMRs, AI NoteTakers, etc), we prioritize therapists schedules to meet their needs and we are very team focused and will provide ample support and feedback to make sure you feel supported and confident in your role whether as a new COTA or as a seasoned practitioner. Duties Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions incorporating play-based and engaging activities. Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Communicate regularly with parents and other members of the child's care team. Maintain accurate, detailed records of all services provided. Qualifications Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Valid state license as an COTA Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Patience and calmness in supporting children who may be anxious or upset Eager to learn and grow and passionate about being an occupational therapist
Pay:
From $32.00 per hour
