ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a welcoming school district in Bethel, Vermont. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support students in developing the skills needed for success in the classroom and daily life under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as directed by the supervising OT Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills Track and document student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Assist with evaluations, screenings, and classroom adaptations as needed Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
