  • Frederic, WI | Skilled Nursing Facility | 13-Week Contract A reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Frederic, WI is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract assignment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to providing exceptional patient care while supporting a friendly, positive, and professional team atmosphere.
Position Highlights:
13-week contract assignment Skilled Nursing Facility setting Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour days Immediate start available Supportive interdisciplinary rehab team Opportunity to work with a diverse geriatric population
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin COTA license (or eligibility) Previous Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Geriatric experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a rehabilitation team Why Frederic? Required Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled Experience:
1 year OTA-WI Preferred Qualifications Proper State License Skilled Nursing/long term care experience
