Job Description

Therapy Services, LLC is now hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for our Bridgeport, WV clinic. Therapy Services LLC Summary We specialize in 1-on-1 outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy for all age groups and for any range of disability or injury, including many complex neuro-diagnoses. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled professional to treat our growing pediatric, adult, and geriatric population. Therapy Services LLC Benefits Provided (full-time only) We offer a competitive salary, generous paid time off and sick leave, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k plan & contribution matching, monthly productivity bonuses, longevity bonuses, and a continuing education program for our therapists. This position will also include an initial sign-on bonus provided 90-days after hire and another bonus after three years, in addition to the standard productivity and longevity bonuses. Job Requirements All applicants must have a current or temporary license as a COTA-certified occupational therapy assistant in the state of West Virginia (or be in the process of getting one) to be considered for the position. Previous occupational therapy experience preferred Previous experience with pediatric patients preferred Job Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy interventions according to the treatment plan established by the supervising OT. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) Fine motor skills Upper extremity function Coordination Strength and endurance Sensory processing Cognitive and perceptual skills Visual-motor integration Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, safety, and use of adaptive equipment.
