TWO Positions:
FULL-TIME

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for helping patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. Patients may have conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling.
  • You will provide for the treatment and educational support our patients under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
  • You will regularly offer groups, engage with patients to ensure they are actively participating with the treatment groups, activities and therapeutic OT groups in order to support their ongoing treatment goals.
  • You will work closely and productively with OT-R, nurses and other unit staff to assure overall coordinated and therapeutic functioning of the treatment setting, including providing input to improve functioning of patients suffering from mental illness
  • You will document patient Occupational Therapy groups, patient interactions and engagement as well as patient presentation during treatment on a consistent basis Your Qualifications include: Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting (provisional licensure candidates ARE welcome and
ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
) Must be 21 years of age to apply Able to pass a robust criminal history background check and drug screen Current State of Wyoming (or other state) Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure (Full or Provisional), and NBCOT certification. If provisional, must have successful completion of National Certification Examination withing 1 year of hire (Provisional OTA students welcome to apply).
Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
